To use Tripplit, you must meet the following requirements:

• Legal Compliance: Follow all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You may not use Tripplit for any of the following purposes:

Technical Abuse

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Availability: We don't guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Security: We don't warrant complete security against all possible threats

• Delete Data: You can delete your trips and associated data anytime
• Data Export: You can export your data before termination

Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service

• Abuse our service or infrastructure

Effect of Termination

• Access to your trips will be immediately revoked
